Nupur Pavan Bag is the Associate Director at the Thomas Schmidhejny Center for the Family Enterprise and Simran Senani is a senior consultant at BAF Consultants. Both of them have always been interested in helping families in the transmission of their businesses to the next generation.
Thanks to their academic work across India, they were able to see that numbers of family seniors across the country have the same fear: the end of their family business and then, the transmission of their family values. Therefore, they are trying to reassure family business owners by giving them some explanations and advices including communication and shared experiences.
